Contains a CMOS control circuit with a pulse counter, a decoder, segment drivers and a seven-segment character-synthesizing indicator with a decimal point.

Used for decimal counting of positive polarity pulses, displaying their count as digits from 0 to 9 and forming a carry pulse to the next significant digit.

ICs produced in a plastic case.

Height of the character is 2.5 mm.
