К6500 microcircuits are ultra-high-speed digital circuits based on gallium arsenide field-effect transistors with a Schottky gate.
K6500 series digital circuits are designed to process digital signals with a clock frequency of up to 1000 MHz in instrumentation, communication equipment and computers.
The microcircuits are built on the basis of basic LE of source-connected logic on field-effect transistors with a Schottky control gate.
The microcircuits are made in flat planar metal-ceramic cases with 16, 24 or 42 pins.
For K6500 chips, the power consumption does not depend on the frequency of operation of the circuit and consumes the same power as in static mode.
